Then create an account via our website and email your company details and Chamber of Commerce number to zakelijk@freshparts.nl; After approval, we will convert your account to a business account with a fixed discount.
Did you order during the weekend? Then your order is usually finished Monday or Tuesday shipped because we are closed on weekends and do not send packages.
Have you been waiting a little longer? Then also check the track & trace of your order. It may be that the package was offered while you were not at home, and that it has now been delivered to a collection point lies.

- Stands there “In stock, shipped today!”, then we physically have the product in stock in our warehouse and it can be shipped immediately.
- It says “In stock, shipped the day after tomorrow”, then the product can be ordered for subsequent delivery and it will be shipped to you as soon as possible after receipt. (1-2 business days delay)
- It says “Sold out”, then the product is currently not in stock and not available from our supplier. The product will be available again in the future, but unfortunately we currently have no insight into when exactly that will be.

Returns must be returned - if possible - with all accessories supplied and in the original condition and packaging.
