Fresh Parts cares a lot about your privacy. We purchase web hosting and email services from MijnDomein. MijnDomein processes personal data on our behalf and does not use your data for its own purposes. This party can collect metadata about the use of the services. This is not personal data. MijnDomein has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent loss and unauthorized use of your personal data. MijnDomein is obliged to maintain confidentiality under the agreement.

Our website uses Shopify, a third party that handles e-mail traffic from our website and the sending of any newsletters. All confirmation emails you receive from our website and web forms are sent via Shopify's servers. Shopify will never use your name and email address for its own purposes. At the bottom of every email sent automatically via our website you will see the 'unsubscribe' link. Your personal data is stored securely by Shopify. Shopify uses cookies and other internet technologies that provide insight into whether emails are opened and read.

We use the payment service provider Pay.nl to process (part of) the payments in our online store. Pay.nl processes your name, address and residence details and your payment details such as your bank account or credit card number. Pay.nl has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data. Pay.nl reserves the right to use your data to further improve its services and to share (anonymized) data with third parties in this context. Pay.nl does not store your data for longer than permitted by the legal terms.

We use the Mollie platform to process (part of) the payments in our online store. Mollie processes your name, address and residence details and your payment details such as your bank account or credit card number. Mollie has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data. Mollie reserves the right to use your data to further improve the services and in this context to share (anonymized) data with third parties. Mollie does not store your data for longer than is permitted by the legal periods.

We use the iDEAL, Bancontact and PayPal platform to process (part of) the payments in our online store. These parties process your name, address and residence details and your payment details such as your bank account or credit card number. They have taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data. iDEAL, Bancontact and PayPal do not store your data for longer than permitted by the legal terms.

We collect reviews via the WebwinkelKeur platform. If you leave a review via WebwinkelKeur, you are required to provide a name and email address. WebwinkelKeur shares this information with us so that we can link the review to your order. WebwinkelKeur also publishes your name on its own website. WebwinkelKeur has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data.

If you place an order with us, it is our job to have your package delivered to you. We use the services of PostNL, DHL and DPD to carry out deliveries. It is therefore necessary that we share your name, address and residence details with these parties. They only use this information for the purpose of executing the agreement. If they engage subcontractors, they will also make your data available to these parties.

We use your data exclusively for the purpose of our services. This means that the purpose of the processing is always directly related to the assignment you provide.
