Return procedure:

Take photos of the relevant product that you want to return and state your order number. NB! Returning is only possible within the legal 14 days after you have received the package according to the Track & Trace.

Send the photos with the corresponding invoice to info@freshparts.nl, including the reason for return.

We will assess the photos and properly reject the return request.
NB! When mounting the product we can no longer take it back. -
Upon approval you will receive an e-mail from us with a link to purchase a shipping label. You can then return the package to:
Kruisboog 55, 3905 in Veenendaal. If you use the original shipping box, remove the old shipping label and place the new label clearly visible on the box. Make sure you put the invoice or a note with the order number in the box so that we can process the return. If we cannot trace the sender, we cannot process the package and we will wait until we are contacted by you. -
We will refund the order amount due within 14 days of the arrival of your return, provided that the product has been received in good order. If the package is not in correct condition, we will contact you.
NB:

If you return a product while you have received a "free" product and you no longer meet the minimum order value for this product after return, you must also return the free product. If you do not do this, the amount of the free product will be deducted from the amount to be credited.

Return shipments are entirely at your own risk! If a return package is spent or damaged during shipment, Fresh Parts cannot be held liable for this and there is no reimbursement.

If you do not handle the return process via our return portal and the package arrives with us without any form of recognition (such as an order number or name), then we cannot process the package. In that case too, the risk lies entirely with the sender.
Return:
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason. After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product. You will receive the full order amount including shipping costs. The costs for returning your house to our web store are for your own account. These amount to an average of € 5.95 per package; Consult the website of your carrier for current rates.
If you use your right of withdrawal, the product must - if possible - be returned with all accessories supplied in original condition and packaging. If the product or the packaging is damaged, we reserve the right to charge a value reduction. So pack the product well and carefully. Damage or loss during transport due to insufficient packaging or incorrect closure of the box falls under the responsibility of the customer. Products that have been tailor -made or without original packaging cannot be returned.
Follow the instructions as described at the top for returns. When the returned product is received correctly, we will deposit the order amount within 14 days ago.
Check your order carefully upon receipt:
Do you receive your package damaged or incomplete? Then immediately take photos of the box and the product. Report damage or missing parts immediately via info@freshparts.nl. Fresh Parts is not obliged to replace products with small deviations. We are also not responsible for non -arrived returns or damage that have not been reported in advance.
