Dispatch:
If you order your package before 3:30 PM on workdays (except weekends), you can expect your order within 2 working days, provided the delivery address is within the Netherlands. NB! If a longer delivery time is indicated for the product, please take that specific delivery time into account.
It is important to note that we are not liable for any delays caused by our shipping couriers.
Shipping costs: For packages within the Netherlands we charge a shipping rate of €5.95. For letterbox packages with track and trace you pay €3.95. We also ship to Belgium at a rate of €6.95. We offer free shipping within both the Netherlands and Belgium for orders over €200.
International Shipping: In addition to the Netherlands and Belgium, we also ship to several other countries. Below you will find an overview of shipping costs for some popular destinations:
