Toronda High pressure inner head 52mm stroke Piaggio / Gilera 125-180cc LC

Increase the power and improve the cooling of your 180cc Piaggio or Gilera motor scooter with the Toronda high pressure inner head 52mm stroke. This advanced inner head offers a power gain of a maximum of 1.5 to 2 hp and fits on original Gilardoni 180 cylinders, Malossi 172 cylinders, PM Pro Street 1 cylinders and more. The special toroidal combustion chamber and centered spark plug ensure an improved power delivery and more efficient combustion.

The inner head has improved head gasket seal with an included viton head gasket O-ring and special cooling ribs for improved cooling and cylinder head stiffness. Optimized for 98 octane gasoline, the use of NGK CR9Eix or Denso IU27 spark plugs is recommended. The recommended squish is ± 0.9 - 1.0 mm. Supplied including o-rings, use an O-ring with a cord thickness of 2.9 mm for the aluminum outer head and an O-ring with a cord thickness of 2.6 mm for the plastic outer head.
