Delivery Policy
Processing of orders
Orders are only processed and shipped on working days (Monday to Friday). No orders will be processed or shipped on weekends and national holidays.
Ordered today, shipped today
Is your entire order in stock and can you place it? before 10:00 PM? We will then process your order the same working day and transfer it to our shipping partner.
Please note: This only applies if all items in the order are immediately available from stock.
Stock status
The current stock status is displayed on each product page.
In stock
The product is physically present in our warehouse and can be shipped immediately.
Subsequent delivery
The product is temporarily out of stock, but can be ordered. As soon as we have received the item, it usually arrives 1 to 3 working days sent.
Sold out
The product is currently not available. You can sign up for a stock notification so that you will automatically receive a message as soon as the item is available again.
Unavailable items
Despite our careful stock administration, it may happen that an item is unexpectedly not immediately available.
In that case we will inform you as soon as possible. If only one or a few items are not available, we can choose to ship the other products in advance. The amount of the undeliverable item will then be refunded via the original payment method.
If an item is still expected to be available, delivery can be made with 1 to 3 working days be delayed.
Working days and holidays
Orders are only processed on working days.
No shipments will take place on:
- Saturday;
- Sunday;
- Official national holidays.
Please take this into account when calculating the expected delivery time.

For orders to the UK, import duties, VAT and customs clearance charges may apply. These costs will be charged by local customs or carrier and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Delivery times
The stated delivery times are indicative. Although we do everything we can to achieve these delivery times, delays may occur due to busy carriers, weather conditions, customs checks or other unforeseen circumstances. Therefore, no rights can be derived from the stated delivery times.
