To be able to replace a cylinder you need the following tools and products:
Gaskets These are generally supplied with a cylinder.
Cylinder kit (cylinder, cylinder head, piston, needle bearing, piston pen, 2 circlips, piston rings, gasket)
Toolsshelf
Momentry wrench and drift pens
Wrapper
Note Circlips with an eye or preferably none. With 2 eyes, it must be periodically replaced.
Disassemble the old cylinder:
Loosen the head nuts crosswise.
Take the cylinder head off.
Slide the cylinder off.
Remove the Circlips from the piston with a good pointed tong. Present that you do this a cloth under the piston (or put kitchen paper in between, make sure that this does not fall in the block), so that the circlips cannot fly in the block. Then remove the pistons. If he doesn't want. Supports someone else the Drijifstang on the other side, while someone else carefully ticks out the pistons with a drift. Otherwise you have the chance that you will break your crankshaft.
You can now remove the piston. Catch the connecting rod. Remove the old needle bearing. Remove the old foot pack of your crankcase. If necessary, scrape it off with the Scraper gasket and clean it well.
Assemble the new cylinder:
Place the new needle bearing in the crankshaft. Attach 1 Circlip in the piston and insert the piston pen on the other side for a little bit. Now place the piston on the crankshaft and push piston pin until it is completely in the piston. When he is stuck, attach the 2nd Circlipje on the other side. Move the piston carefully and see if it is stuck properly.
Place the gasket in its correct place and spread 2 stroke oil on the cylinder wall (not too much). Now press the piston feathers well against the piston, make sure they fit well in the tip of the piston. Now carefully slide the cylinder over the piston while pressing the piston rings. Do it calmly and with policy. Easy is now to turn your inflammation manually so that the piston goes up and down, hold your cylinder. Now put the head gasket in place. Now grab the cylinder head with the bolts and attach it to the cylinder. Make sure that all gaskets fit well.
Finally, tighten the bolts crosswise. Always crossing, so that you tighten the cylinder straight and it does not skew. Below a list of touch moments, because turning too fast means breaking and that means drilling and that means double work.
