Return procedure:

1. Take photos of the product you want to return and state your order number!

2. Send the photos with the accompanying invoice to with the reason you want to return it.

3. We will review the photos and approve or reject the return. NB! Once the product has been installed, we cannot take it back.

4. If approved, you will receive a message back by email and you can return the package to the following address: Regge 47, 3904NM in Veenendaal. When using the old box, make sure you remove the shipping label from us and replace it with your own shipping label with our address on it. In addition, it is important that the accompanying invoice or note with the order number is in the box so that we can process the return smoothly. If we cannot identify the sender, we will wait until we are contacted.

5. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registering your return, provided that the product has already been returned in good order. If the package is not in correct condition, we will contact you.

NB! If you return a product while you have received a “free” product, it is important that you return it when you no longer meet the minimum order value of the “free” product. If you do not do this, the amount of the “free” product will be deducted from the returned products.


You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning from your home to the online store are at your own expense. These costs amount to approximately €7.25 per package, consult your carrier's website for the exact rates.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in the original condition and packaging. If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged more than is necessary to sell the product, we can pass on this depreciation of the product to you. So handle the product with care and ensure that it is properly packaged when returned. NB! Products that have been custom-made by us or products without the original packaging cannot be returned.

Fresh Parts is not obliged to replace products with a minor deviation. Fresh Parts is not responsible for returned shipments that have not arrived and returns that have arrived damaged without prior notification.
